1. Go Filter > Render > Fibers and use these settings. use these settings variance- 1.0 strength- 64.0
2. Now press CTRL+I and invert the layer. Then duplicate it twice (CTRL+J).
3. Select the top layer and go Filter > Stylize > Wind three times from the right. Do the same for the layer beneath but this time from the left. Set the top layer to Multiply and the second layer to Linear light.
4. Create a new layer and go Image > Apply Image. Now sharpen it two times. Duplicate the layer with CTRL+J and go Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur with 1px radius. Set the layer to Lighten. This will give the picture a soft glow.
5. Add a Color balance with following settings: Shadows: red: +60 Highlights: yellow -100 Preserve Luminosity: yes
6. Create a new layer and go Image > Apply Image again. Set layer to Overlay.
your finished!

no i dont have a previwe i did but i did a system restore and lost it all
