Hello, and welcome to my 3px border tutorial. In this tutorial you'll learn a new type of border that stands out in even light templates such as the one on this forum. Let's get started.
1. Open your graphic or whatever you want to add the border to. Make a new layer by pressing "CTRL+SHIFT+N"
2. Now press "CTRL+A" on that layer to select it.
Go to Edit>Stroke and put in this.

Then this, you can pick your own color for this step, I'll pick white.

And now this.

And you're done! Just save it and you're set, don't forget to press "CTRL+D" to deselect the graphic when you're done with the border.
